Hi Friend,

My name is Kristyn Haster and my mission is to help woman just like you achieve total confidence so that you can start living out your wildest dreams!

Like you, I’ve had big aspirations since I was a young girl, but for a long time those dreams seemed like a distant memory.  What I wanted most out of my life was a wonderful family, to be fit and healthy, spiritual, a rewarding career and enough free time to devote to something I felt passionate about.  I guess you can say that I’ve always “wanted it all”!  But like many of you, over the years I’ve had many trials and tribulations that have not made the pathway towards a “perfect life” a smooth one.

I’ve struggled with weight, self-doubt, low self-esteem, careers, relationship issues, you name it!  While I’ve always known what I wanted my life to look like, I never had the one key ingredient to make my dreams a reality, that being a clear path on how to achieve it.

One day I said to myself enough is enough!  I started making small steps towards BIG changes. I began working out, eating healthy, diving into self-growth, and gradually designing the life I wanted to live (which is always a work in progress).  My body became ever more energized and refined, my mind gained clarity and confidence. And most importantly, I started learning how to love me again! And I haven’t looked back since.

I know many women feel stuck and unfulfilled in their lives like I once did.   My belief is that all women deserve to feel sexy, confident and Crazy ALIVE Again!
