4 Minute Fat Burning Tabata Workouts!

Learn The Secrets to Get Your Tabata On

Are you a high-intensity interval training enthusiast?

Have you tried Tabata workouts?

If not, then boy are you in for a treat!  This post is especially for you…

Tabata workouts are receiving all the rage these days because of its unparalleled fat burning abilities and quickness of completion.

Tabata workouts have also been proven to give you the same results as spending 60 minutes on a treadmill, but in a total of 4 minutes!

Sound too good to be true?

Well, in 1996, Tabata’s founder Izumi Tabata, conducted a study found in the journal of Medicine and Science, that compared high intensity training to that of Tabata high intensity interval training.  He found that high intensity training only improved the aerobic system whereas, high intensity interval training benefited both the aerobic and anaerobic systems.

Furthermore, Tabata workouts have been proven to boost metabolism and heart rate in a matter of seconds compared other high intensity workouts like running that took much longer to accomplish the same goal.

Because of its intensity, your body will keep burning fat well after your workout is completed.  Finally, it is the perfect workout when you are short on time.

In just 4 minutes a day you can transform your body in a matter of weeks!

So how does it work?

It’s Simple Really.  You just alternate between 20 seconds of maximum intensity and 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes.

Simply pick exercises that target your problem areas and incorporate them into the Tabata formula.
