My Favorite, Fast, On-The-Go, Vitamin Packed Green Juice Recipe!

Hi friends!  I’ve been super busy the past couple of weeks with the kids starting school, activities, working, errands, and let’s not forget about the endless household to-do list!  Phew!  I’m tired!  I’m sure so many of you can relate! When I notice that my energy levels are low and I’m draggin’-I like to make this delicious green juice recipe. It not only boosts my energy, but its also aides in detoxifying the body.  In addition, it helps me get extra vitamins and minerals in my day, quickly and easily, without having to sit down to a full plate of fruits and veggies!

Serves 1


Use organic produce whenever possible.

2 Green Apples, halved

2 Stalks of celery, leaves removed

4 Leaves of Kale

1/2 Lemon, peeled

1 Cucumber

2 Lg. Handfuls of Spinach

1 Lg. Handful of Parsley

Directions: Process apples, celery, kale, lemon, cucumber, spinach, and parsley through a juicer.  Cheers!
